By the end of July, everyone is looking for a new way to keep cool. Let us offer a few suggestions on how to beat the late summer heat and put a spring back in your step.
One of the best things about the southernmost tip of Alabama is the beautiful, sugar-white sand beach. There’s nothing more refreshing than a dip in the water on a warm summer day. Be sure to pack plenty of sunscreen and a beach umbrella or two for shade. This time of year, save the beach time for morning or late afternoon.
Midday is a good time to go on an adventure. Pile the kids into the family vehicle and head for the nearest museum for some indoor activity.
