We have your Wednesday plans for winter! From January 12 to February 23, enjoy and learn at Bellingrath Gardens and Home each Wednesday. Bellingrath Gardens is a 65-acre Southern estate garden that features florals in bloom every day of the year.
The Winter Wednesday programs begin at 10:30 a.m. and last approximately an hour. Whether you’re an avid gardener or just beginning to dip your toe in the soil, the Winter Wednesday lectures will have something new for you to learn. Consult the schedule and make a reservation to attend one or all of the sessions.
While at Bellingrath Gardens for a Winter Wednesday event, have a look around the estate and gardens. January and February showcase plenty of plants and flowers in bloom. Look for camellias, cyclamen, dianthus, dusty miller, ornamental kale and cabbages, parsley, pansies, paper white narcissus, Swiss chard, violas, winter berries, daffodils, hyacinths, saucer magnolia, Taiwan cherries and tulips.
