Embark on a Journey of Wellness: Join us every Wednesday in October for a rejuvenating escape into nature with guided yoga, meditation, barre class, water aerobics, and an introduction to lap swimming! Our Wellness Wednesday series invites you to immerse yourself in an experience designed to revitalize your body, mind, and spirit. On October 30, Swim With Mo will lead a Water Aerobics Course for adults. Water aerobics is a fun and gentle way to improve cardiovascular health.

This class will be held at the Gulf State Park Campground pool. When you get to the campground gate, just let the attendant know you are here for a class at the pool.
