Embark on a Journey of Wellness: Join us every Wednesday in October for a rejuvenating escape into nature with guided yoga, meditation, barre class, water aerobics, and an introduction to lap swimming! Our Wellness Wednesday series invites you to immerse yourself in an experience designed to revitalize your body, mind, and spirit. On October 16, Mo will lead an introduction to the Lap Swimming Course for adults. Lap swimming is a great, gentle way to improve cardiovascular health. Come learn the basic techniques with someone who has over 19 years of experience teaching swim lessons to all ages. Please bring goggles.
This class will be held at the Gulf State Park Campground pool. When you get to the campground gate, just let the attendant know you are here for a class at the pool.
