Azalea City Art Quilters features works from artists Carolyn Courson, Nina Clotelter, Mary Ann Logsdon, Sherry Mozley, Anne Godwin, Susan Mogan, Peggy Knippenberg, and Elaine Williams. Inspired by the American Quilters Society, the artists take new approaches to quilting with lifelike and whimsical designs. Some are creatures of fantasy, but all are colorful and fun!
Their stunning collaborative “Slice of Dauphin Street” Quilt, inspired by a Mobile coloring book, was presented with the prestigious award for outstanding work by the National Association of Certified Quilt Judges.
