4. The Forts Guarding Mobile Bay

You don’t need to be a history buff to appreciate the intrigue and views of Fort Gaines and Fort Morgan. (Although if you are one, you might think you’re in heaven.) From the filtered sunlight within tunnels full of stories, to the panoramic views of Mobile Bay, these historic sites will not disappoint our photo-loving friends.

5. The Beach

Finally, you cannot miss the photo ops and scenic views along the sugar white sand of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The rocks at Alabama Point and the Gulf State Park Pier are a couple favorite spots for family portraits at sunset.

These are just a handful of the Alabama Gulf Coast’s best spots for photos. We’re confident you’ll find your own favorite locations! And whether you’re capturing a picturesque sunset or snapping a selfie, remember to put down the camera and live in the moment, too.
